Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar for an Arabic Sales Engineer. The role centers on finding and creating sales opportunities, drafting technical proposals, and explaining solutions in both Arabic and English so they align with customer expectations. The position also includes technical assistance before and after sales, product demonstrations, and coordination with internal departments to support prompt delivery and successful implementation.
Core Duties
- Identify potential business opportunities and help convert them into sales.
- Prepare technical proposals tailored to client needs.
- Present products and solutions clearly in Arabic and English.
- Support customers and internal teams during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Conduct demonstrations of products and solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while growing the client base.
- Track sales performance through regular forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate sales efforts with management goals and broader market plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales engineering and technical support, with the ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions.
- Background in sales and customer service, including account handling and new business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Engineering or related technical education is preferred; experience in industrial or technical sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha and manage several priorities at once.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and building professional relationships.
- Ethical, customer-focused approach to sales and client service.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms or sales reporting tools.
