About the Role

This contract position is intended for attorneys who can evaluate AI outputs with the same rigor as a practicing legal professional. The work involves checking both technical accuracy and practical legal judgment, helping shape how legal AI products are developed and refined. It is suited to someone who wants to contribute directly to the construction of trusted legal AI and cares deeply about precision.

What You'll Do

• Examine and label legal materials used for training and evaluating AI systems.
• Review AI-produced contract analysis for legal accuracy, completeness, and sound reasoning.
• Share structured feedback that informs model enhancements.
• Work with teams across functions to strengthen evaluation methods and improve model quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Background in commercial, corporate, or transactional legal work is required.
• Strong reasoning ability and clear written communication are essential.
• Comfort making legal judgments in unclear or novel scenarios; this is a judgment-heavy role rather than a mechanical review task.
• Interest in how AI interprets legal language is important; prior legal technology experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Compensation

Pay for this remote U.S. role is $25 to $30 per hour.
