The firm delivers tailored solutions, high-touch service and genuinely independent advice through close involvement from senior team members. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on client outcomes, the business has developed a solid history of successful transactions.
The senior team brings experience from global investment banking and operates across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As the client base grows, the Melbourne office is looking to add to its team.
Role overview
This opportunity is for an Analyst to work with an experienced senior group across the full transaction process. The position provides early client contact and the chance to contribute to meaningful, high-value deals.
What you will do
- Support the execution of transactions from start to finish
- Build and maintain financial models
- Perform valuation work and market research
- Coordinate and manage due diligence activities
- Prepare reports, presentations and sell-side transaction documents
- Assess business models, industry sectors and strategic positioning
What we are looking for
Ideally, candidates will bring up to two years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or another corporate finance-related role within a professional services environment.
The role calls for strong financial analysis, valuation and research capability, along with the ability to build detailed financial models. You should also be an effective communicator in both written and verbal settings, and bring critical thinking, initiative and a collaborative approach. A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related discipline is expected.
The right person will enjoy a demanding environment, be committed to consistently producing high-quality work and show a strong focus on exceptional client service.
What’s on offer
You will join a dynamic, team-focused workplace with competitive pay, continuous learning and development, and the chance to make a real contribution to transactions in a small-team setting.
Culture and inclusion
333 Capital values difference in background, perspective and thinking. The team approaches challenges with optimism, curiosity and a willingness to explore creative solutions. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and the selection process places value on diverse viewpoints and individual strengths, not only on traditional credentials.
