What you will do

In this analyst role, you will contribute to strategic advisory work for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The projects focus on reducing barriers to market entry using insurance-based solutions, private payer approaches, and new contracting structures.

• Help shape private health insurance strategies for individual therapies and above-brand initiatives.
• Review market conditions and assess payer behaviour across both local and international markets.
• Create tailored insurance mechanisms such as drug warranties and risk-transfer models to reduce financial uncertainty.
• Lead individual workstreams within cross-functional teams made up of consultants, actuaries, and insurance experts.
• Produce client-facing outputs such as reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Keep delivery on track against deadlines and quality expectations.
• Work with pharma market access teams and health insurers to combine insights and test strategic ideas.
• Support workshops and training sessions focused on private payer engagement.
• Contribute to proposal writing and thought leadership materials.
• Assist with research and outreach that support Aon’s growth in life sciences consulting.

Experience and skills expected

The role also calls for someone who can manage several priorities at once while still delivering strong work under tight timelines.
