Analyst, Application Support

Role overview

This position focuses on keeping business software running smoothly by delivering technical assistance, diagnosing issues, and helping resolve application and system faults. You will also track application health, reliability, and security while supporting upgrades and feature improvements so the platforms continue to meet business and operational needs.

Qualifications

A first degree is required, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.

Experience

The role calls for 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Practical exposure to supporting enterprise applications is preferred, especially in banking, financial services, or a similar environment. Experience with banking systems operations such as cutover/end-of-day processing, deployments, health checks, support, and troubleshooting is also needed.

Technical exposure

Applicants should be familiar with data management, application design, version control, and integration services.
