About the Role

SilwaTech is hiring an engineering intern who is excited about artificial intelligence, automation, and modern technology. The position focuses on practical work in AI-enabled business solutions, process automation, digital transformation, and business operations, with opportunities to gain real-world industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and rollout of AI-based business tools and solutions.
• Draft and refine prompts for generative AI use cases.
• Develop and enhance automated workflows using current no-code and low-code tools.
• Study new AI products and assess how they can be used in business settings.
• Assist with automation efforts for sales and marketing activities.
• Help prepare slides, reports, and project-related documents.
• Contribute to social media and digital content tasks when needed.
• Work with both technical and business stakeholders on internal and client-facing assignments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently finished a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI tools.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language.
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Interest in sales, marketing automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, inquisitive, and willing to learn new technologies quickly.

Internship Timeline

• The first month is an unpaid training and evaluation phase.
• Months 2 through 6 are a paid probationary internship, subject to successful completion of the training phase.
• After 6 months, high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time permanent role.
