Key responsibilities
- Handle the complete accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable tasks by reviewing invoices and making sure vendors are paid on time.
- Match AR and AP balances, investigate mismatches, and fix issues quickly.
- Build and update aging schedules as well as cash flow forecasts.
- Work with internal departments and outside vendors or clients on billing-related matters.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
- Support adherence to UAE VAT rules and help with return filing.
Required profile
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline is required.
