3D Animation Artist

About the Role

Right Salary Resource is looking for a 3D Animation Artist to support advertising-focused animation and graphic design work for customer campaigns in Lucknow.

What You’ll Do

You will contribute across the full character production workflow, starting from early concept development and moving through modelling, animation, and final rendering.

Pre-Production

• Create character concepts and environment concepts.
• Prepare storyboards and animatics to plan scenes and motion.

Production

• Build character, creature, and hard-surface models.
• Handle texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rigging, hair grooming, cloth simulation, and facial rigging.

Animation

• Produce character animation and facial animation.
• Clean up motion capture data and animate cameras.
• Work on action sequences and cinematic storytelling.

Rendering

• Optimize renders for performance and output quality.
• Deliver final renders and carry out quality checks.

Tools and Software

• Use industry tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Profile

• Hands-on familiarity with AI-based animation tools.
• Experience with virtual production workflows.
• A portfolio showcasing animated film work.

Additional Information

The position covers the complete character production pipeline, from initial concept to fully rendered animation. The work may include animated films, advertisements, and cinematic sequences. The selected candidate may be made permanent depending on performance and quality of delivery.
