About the internship

EduJunior focuses on high-quality tutoring and on building a genuine interest in learning among students up to class 10. The organization also conducts school-level competitions and Olympiads so students can display their abilities, assess their knowledge, and earn wider recognition.

Role overview

In this internship, selected teachers will lead online learning sessions for assigned subjects and age groups. The role combines live instruction, doubt-solving, student progress tracking, and coordination with parents and the academic team.

Key responsibilities

• Run interactive online classes that keep students engaged and actively participating.
• Explain topics in a clear, student-friendly way and support learners before and after sessions when they need help.
• Track learner progress and share relevant updates with parents and the academic team.
• Follow the assigned timetable carefully and ensure classes begin on time.
• Use digital teaching aids such as presentations, whiteboards, and screen sharing to make lessons more effective.
• Support students preparing for school exams, competitions, and Olympiads whenever required.
• Work with the academic team to improve learning outcomes and strengthen classroom participation.
• Teach from the available subject list, covering at least two subjects from the options provided.

• Story Writing for ages 6 to 16
• Financial Literacy for ages 8 to 18
• Mathematics for ages 5 to 18
• Science for ages 8 to 18
• Art for ages 5 to 16
• Public Speaking for ages 7 to 18
• Music for ages 5 to 18

Compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 1,500 to 2,000. In addition, teachers are paid INR 150 for each class successfully conducted according to the assigned schedule.

Eligibility and candidate fit

This opportunity is open only to applicants who can work from home, can begin between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026, and can commit for 6 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in teaching.

Additional requirements

• Strong spoken communication in both English and Hindi is expected.
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali will be an advantage.
• A stable internet connection, a laptop or desktop, and a quiet space for teaching are required.
• Previous online teaching experience is preferred, though it is not compulsory.
• Teachers should be able to handle any two subjects from the listed options.
