About the internship

This internship is an in-office customer support opportunity with AAAMT Verticals Private Limited, a company focused on building SaaS products that make work simpler and more effective. The role is centered on supporting clients, improving their experience with the product, and working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen customer relationships.

What you will do

• Act as a primary contact for client queries, updates, and support requests.
• Support onboarding and conduct or assist with training sessions for new customers.
• Track customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and use it to improve product adoption.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to diagnose problems and ensure quick resolutions.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving engagement and retaining customers.
• Flag potential upsell opportunities to senior team members.
• Keep client information, usage summaries, and communication records up to date.

Requirements

• Open to graduates or students pursuing business, communication, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with English and Hindi fluency preferred.
• Ability to think through customer issues calmly and respond with empathy.
• Comfortable handling calls, emails, and meetings with clients.
• Basic familiarity with SaaS, or genuine interest in the EdTech space.
• Capable of working both independently and with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and benefits
