About the Role
The Mobile Shop is hiring Sales Representatives, also called Mobilists, to work inside Loblaws in Grande Prairie, Alberta. In this role, you will help shoppers choose wireless, home, and business solutions that suit their needs and lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with store customers and recommend mobile plans and device options from brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile.
- Explain the value of the PC Optimum program and show customers how they can earn and redeem points on purchases, groceries, fuel, and more.
- Build strong product knowledge across carriers, promotions, pricing, devices, and current wireless trends so you can clearly present features and benefits.
- Support revenue goals by matching customers with suitable solutions and working toward personal and store sales targets.
