Role Overview

This work-from-home live chat support position is a key client-facing role. You will respond to questions, resolve concerns, and provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance through chat, helping strengthen client confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in a professional, empathetic, and courteous manner through live chat.
• Share correct and complete information using the appropriate internal resources and tools.
• Understand client concerns and work to improve satisfaction and trust.
• Address complaints with practical solutions and follow through until the issue is resolved.
• Record client conversations and transactions accurately and in detail.
• Coordinate with other internal teams when issues require additional support.
• Adhere to company communication guidelines, workflows, and policies.
• Assist with related tasks that support team goals and service delivery.

Requirements

• Background in customer support or client service, ideally in a live chat environment.
• Strong written communication, interpersonal ability, and attention to detail.
• Fast typing skills and comfort using digital communication platforms.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a remote setup.
• A quiet home workspace with dependable high-speed internet access.
• Experience with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management is an added advantage.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly pay range of USD 20 to USD 30.
