Role Overview

The Web3 Security Operation Specialist will focus on analyzing complex security incidents in Web3, turning repeated attack behavior into structured operating procedures, and strengthening the team’s ability to detect, document, and respond to emerging threats. The role combines operational analysis, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve both team efficiency and defense quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review intricate Web3 security cases, identify repeated attack techniques, and convert those findings into detailed standard operating procedures.
• Spot weaknesses in current operational processes and recommend structured improvements that make the team work more efficiently.
• Work alongside AI agents to turn security knowledge into a well-organized internal reference base that improves group learning and response speed.
• Track new fraud methods and changes in Web3 product behavior, then translate those insights into practical protection strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to replace manual review work with automated detection logic and rules.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-related work, with a demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems in a structured way.
• Strong capability to break down complex scams or technical exploits into clear, step-by-step logic.
• Deep programming expertise is not necessary, but the candidate should have strong technical reasoning and an understanding of user-flow sequences.
• Comfort using AI tools, learning quickly, and guiding AI prompts to increase output quality and improve team data accuracy.
• Ability to produce polished documentation and communicate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of DeFi, wallet products, and the security challenges common across the Web3 ecosystem.
