About the Role
Reef Group is hiring a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor in Riyadh to manage the day-to-day flow of warehouse work and make sure receiving, storage, and dispatch run smoothly. The position focuses on keeping inventory accurate, protecting product quality, handling perfumes and delicate items correctly, and supporting branch and sales-channel demand through reliable warehouse execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead warehouse operations, coordinate the team, and keep performance aligned with company procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations.
- Oversee daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, and outgoing dispatch.
- Make sure all warehouse actions follow approved policies and operating procedures.
- Plan the workflow and assign tasks to warehouse staff to maintain efficiency.
- Track daily activity and quickly resolve issues linked to storage, order preparation, and shipment handling.
- Keep stock levels under review so branches and sales channels are supplied without interruption.
- Record inventory movements accurately, including receipts, transfers, returns, and stock corrections.
- Monitor cycle counts and physical inventory checks, then investigate and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain reliable inventory data in the Warehouse Management System.
- Ensure perfumes and other sensitive products are stored under the right conditions.
- Watch handling practices closely to prevent breakage, leakage, or product loss.
- Keep the warehouse well organized and use space effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics teams so shipments are prepared and dispatched on time.
- Ensure picking, packing, loading, and internal product movement are carried out accurately.
- Support product availability across retail branches and sales channels.
- Supervise warehouse staff and reinforce operational discipline and performance standards.
- Assess productivity, adherence, and team performance on a regular basis.
- Train employees on warehouse processes, safety rules, and best practices.
- Foster a workplace culture centered on accuracy, responsibility, and ongoing improvement.
- Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
- Spot opportunities to cut losses, improve efficiency, and strengthen warehouse operations.
- Support improvement projects and any warehouse expansion activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
- Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
- Background in retail, perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury products is preferred.
- Solid understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day priorities effectively.
