Role Snapshot

This position suits a videographer-editor who can work independently from concept through delivery, collaborate closely with clients and the internal team, and produce polished content across brand, corporate, social, podcast, website, and TVC formats. The business operates with a pod structure made up of a Strategist, Account Manager, Marketing Executive, Videographer, Editor, and Graphics support. The company is also expanding its paid ads capability, so the role may involve helping shape systems and processes as the team grows.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality video content for brand, corporate, and social media use.
• Keep communication clear and consistent with clients and colleagues throughout each project.
• Stay current with creative trends, editing approaches, and filming methods.
• Produce video work that feels distinctive and memorable rather than generic.
• Edit podcasts, social clips, website videos, and TVCs.
• Handle a full project cycle independently, from setup and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Tools and Technical Strengths

You should be comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite. The role also calls for practical on-set knowledge, including lighting, sound, and working with multiple camera formats. Experience creating social-first content, adding motion graphics or colour grading, and managing solo end-to-end production will be important.

This opportunity is intended for candidates already based in Australia, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. It is not suitable for anyone planning to relocate or work from overseas. Additional Information

The advertised compensation is $80,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation, with bonus opportunities available. The job is based in Pyrmont, New South Wales, Australia, and the work setup is hybrid.
