User Experience Researcher

Role overview

Invesp is seeking a User Experience Researcher to strengthen its remote team. The company is a Conversion Rate Optimization agency focused on improving digital experiences and conversion performance for a varied client base.

What you will do

In this position, you will study how customers interact with digital products by using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Your work will help uncover pain points in the user journey and support the development of optimization plans for eCommerce and lead generation accounts.

You will also collaborate with CRO strategists, designers, developers, and analytics specialists to transform customer feedback and behavioral insights into practical improvements that enhance user experience and business results.

Work arrangement

This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the EMEA region. Preference will be given to applicants who can align their working hours with Eastern US business hours.
