Role overview
In this role, you will shape digital products that look polished, feel intuitive, and deliver a smooth experience for users. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and project managers to help turn MVPs into high-quality products with strong usability.
Key responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that balance visual appeal with practical functionality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to translate ideas into clear design concepts.
- Run usability tests and collect user feedback to refine and improve designs over time.
- Work side by side with developers and project managers to ensure the design intent is implemented effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and a coherent user journey across all digital products.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and help shape concepts for new features and product improvements.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training or a completed degree in design, media design, interaction design, or a similar field.
- Solid experience creating user interfaces and user experiences, ideally in an agile environment.
- Confident use of design tools such as PenPot, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable software.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of user needs.
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and analysing user behaviour.
- Good communication skills in German and/or English, with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple way.
