Role overview
This position is for a Territory Sales Representative focused on customer service, route-based field operations, and sales growth in the assigned area. The role combines pickup and delivery coordination with territory development, customer relationship building, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dependable customer service through prompt pickup and delivery of shipments in the field.
- Make sure shipments collected from the assigned route are properly connected and moved onward without delay.
- Build and expand the assigned territory or route.
- Increase business from existing customers within the route.
- Identify and generate new sales leads.
- Keep product and operations knowledge updated through self-learning and grooming.
- Share relevant market and competitor information.

Requirements
