Role Overview

CareCone Group is seeking a Training Specialist in Singapore to run and support training operations across the full cycle. This role focuses on planning sessions, coordinating stakeholders, handling learner sign-ups and logistics, maintaining learning systems, and preparing performance reports. The position suits someone who can operate effectively in a global, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete training process from coordination through delivery.
• Plan training schedules and keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
• Handle participant registrations and manage the logistical side of training sessions.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training data, compile metrics, and create reports.
• Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic, high-paced setting.
