Role overview

This position is focused on enabling project delivery by supporting the design, development, and rollout of internal or client-facing tools. The role requires working closely with stakeholders to shape the right tool solution, estimate effort and budget, and ensure smooth deployment.

What you will do

• Partner with internal teams or clients to understand the project’s tool-related needs.
• Plan the tool solution based on business requirements, existing platforms, and any licensing needs.
• Prepare estimates for budget and delivery timelines for tool build or deployment work.
• When a new tool is needed, identify whether it can be built internally or should come from a third-party source, and coordinate with project managers through development and rollout.
• Handle commercial conversations with external vendors for licenses or tool development services.
• Test the tool thoroughly before release to reduce errors and deployment issues.
• Make sure the tool is launched on schedule and stays within the approved budget.

• Ensure deployment is free from errors.

Experience required

The role calls for 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory skills

Experience with Datadog and AIOPS is required.
