Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position at the Coimbatore center. The Telecaller Executive will connect with prospective students and their parents, explain the coaching programs offered for NATA and JEE (B.Arch), and handle questions related to courses, schedules, fees, and admission steps. The role also includes maintaining call logs, tracking and following up on leads, and keeping CRM or other records updated accurately. In coordination with the academic and admissions teams, the executive will support counseling, conversions, and enrollments while maintaining a polite, professional, and student-oriented approach. Day-to-day work will also involve answering incoming calls, sharing information about batches and exam updates, and supporting outreach activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, with clear English speaking skills, good local language fluency, active listening, and a professional telephone manner. Basic computer usage and documentation skills are also needed, including comfort with MS Office, email, and data entry in CRM or call-tracking tools. Prior exposure to telecalling, counseling, customer support, or education services will be an added advantage. A minimum qualification of a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
