About the Role
This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Riyadh for a Technical Support Engineer focused on OT and IoT cybersecurity. You will join a delivery team that supports customers across critical infrastructure and enterprise environments, helping resolve complex technical problems and improve support processes with a high degree of independence.
The organization operates in more than 68 countries and provides an AI-driven cybersecurity platform that protects operational technology and Internet of Things environments for sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Represent the company’s cultural principles and mission by working with transparency, trust, and a strong customer focus.
- Handle post-sale troubleshooting, advisory support, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to close technical issues.
- Support customers with infrastructure planning, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
- Work directly with customers to resolve issues while collaborating internally with product and engineering teams when needed.
- Build deep expertise across the full product portfolio and related technologies.
- Author new knowledge base articles and refresh existing documentation so solutions are positioned accurately.
- Understand and work with critical account infrastructure and complex technical environments.
- Deliver high-touch support for strategic and high-priority accounts.
- Recreate customer problems in a lab environment before escalating them internally.
What You Need
- Prior customer-facing experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
- Background in network security through support, design, consulting, or operations work.
- Strong working knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting, and API integrations.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, security protocols, and common applications.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large and complex environments.
- Solid grasp of information security principles.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation capability.
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to operate in environments with strict confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
- Comfort with FreeBSD.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience using AI-enabled tools in daily work to improve speed, quality, or decision-making.
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools responsibly while maintaining sound judgment and accountability for output.
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working on ICS security projects.
