Thales operates across aerospace, transportation, defence, security, and space, and has been a long-standing partner in Saudi Arabia for more than 50 years. In the Kingdom, the company supports Defence, Public Security, Civil Aviation, Space, Enterprise, and Cybersecurity through multiple local sites. Its Saudi strategy is closely aligned with Vision 2030, including localisation, capability building, local talent development, and support for national sovereignty. Thales also established SAMI Thales Electronic Systems (STES), a joint venture with Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), to advance these goals.

The role also includes supporting resource-conscious practices such as conserving water and energy, reducing waste, and encouraging recycling. Any situation that may affect health or safety should be reported immediately to the line manager and the HSE team, and work may be stopped if unsafe conditions are believed to exist.
