Role Overview
The Sleep Company is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support its HR team at the Jogeshwari West head office in Mumbai. This six-month internship is designed for someone eager to gain practical, end-to-end experience in recruitment within a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
The role involves hiring support for both corporate and retail teams, offering exposure to the full recruitment process from sourcing to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret hiring needs and role details shared by internal stakeholders.
- Find and pre-screen candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and similar channels.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment tracking sheets.
- Partner with stakeholders to help close openings on time.
- Assist with employer branding activities and campus hiring efforts when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess role requirements and judge candidate suitability.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and execution.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
