About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will help create a strong recruitment experience across One NZ by connecting talented candidates with opportunities that matter. This position is well suited to someone building their career in recruitment who wants to strengthen partnering skills, gain confidence with hiring managers, and develop across sourcing, end-to-end hiring, and candidate experience.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to keep recruitment activity moving efficiently, support excellent candidate care, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing talent function.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the recruitment process end to end, ensuring vacancies progress accurately and on time.
• Work alongside hiring managers, people teams, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with sourcing, talent pipelining, and market support for professional, specialist, and corporate roles, including hard-to-fill and priority vacancies.
• Maintain high standards in candidate care, system data accuracy, compliance, and recruitment documentation.
• Support internal mobility and ongoing improvement in Talent Acquisition by helping identify internal talent, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to better ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong accuracy and organisation skills, with the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort working across multiple vacancies, shifting priorities, and changing business needs.
• Exposure to applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of candidate care, governance, and recruitment compliance.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn more about the business and the wider talent market.
