Restor-AI-tion is hiring a seasoned Supply Chain Director to shape and steer the organization’s supply chain direction. This senior-level position is centered on improving operational performance, strengthening supplier partnerships, and guiding supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and ongoing improvement efforts. The role partners with executive leaders and teams across the business to streamline workflows, reduce exposure to risk, and support long-term, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement supply chain plans that support business goals and future growth priorities.
• Manage the full supply chain cycle, covering planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Drive transformation programs that raise efficiency, improve scalability, and strengthen overall performance.
• Set up governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices for supply chain operations.
• Handle strategic vendor relationships, contract discussions, negotiations, and partnership building.
• Improve inventory positioning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and distribution approaches.
• Lead cost-optimization efforts without compromising quality, service, or reliability.
• Review performance indicators, market movements, and business data to spot improvement opportunities.
• Assess supply chain risks and put mitigation measures in place to protect business continuity.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, sales, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Coach, guide, and develop supply chain leadership teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Prepare and present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and improvement roadmaps for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and operational strategy.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent strategic judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Proven background in leading large-scale supply chain operations and transformation initiatives.
• Solid experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, analytics tools, and digital transformation solutions.
• Experience overseeing budgets, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project delivery and change management capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
