Stores Executive

Role overview

We are looking for a highly organized and forward-thinking Stores Executive to oversee stock control, warehouse activities, and material handling in Fujairah. This position focuses on keeping inventory accurate, coordinating movement of materials, assisting procurement needs, and making sure store functions follow company procedures, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

The role is suited to a professional with hands-on exposure to materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting. It offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth store operations and stronger operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the standards and procedures set out in the Plant Administration Manual.
• Take responsibility for safety and environmental compliance within RM Stores and BSR/DC operations.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment in a timely manner.
• Accept deliveries, check incoming materials, and enter them into records.
• Keep inventory logs accurate and up to date.
• Store materials properly and maintain an orderly warehouse to reduce the risk of damage or loss.
• Carry out routine stock counts and resolve differences between physical and recorded inventory.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to meet procurement and material supply needs.
• Prepare inventory, movement, and usage reports as needed.
• Maintain inventory control practices and store management workflows.
• Address stock shortages and interruptions in supply as they arise.
• Follow accepted safety procedures for store activities and warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Commerce or a closely related discipline is required.
• Advanced qualifications such as a master's degree in Commerce or an MBA are considered an added advantage.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, inventory control, material accounting, or store supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good coordination abilities and comfort working with data.
• Basic understanding of standard safety practices in store and warehouse environments.
• A strong sense of ownership, commitment to quality, and a solid work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability, a practical mindset, and the confidence to work independently.
• Capability to stay effective under pressure and manage priorities without close supervision.
