Store Manager

Role overview

Card Factory is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Fracatti Shopping Centre location in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. This is a full-time position with 42.5 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive store culture, supporting your team, and making sure customers receive a great shopping experience. You will lead with confidence, use performance data to guide decisions, and help the store stay on track and continue improving.

What you will do

Each day, you will take ownership of store performance and team leadership. You will build and support a strong team, set clear priorities, and create an environment where people can do their best work. Your responsibilities will include hiring, coaching, merchandising, and payroll management.

You will also partner with District and Regional Managers to look for ways to grow the business, strengthen operations, and celebrate achievements.
