Specialist Project & Structured Finance

Role Overview

The Saudi Investment Bank is hiring a Specialist Project & Structured Finance professional in Riyadh to support Corporate Banking Group objectives within the Project Finance and Structured Finance segments. The role focuses on helping grow revenue and profitability by assisting with deal origination, transaction structuring, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive action plans for Project Finance and Structured Finance customer segments so the Corporate Banking Group can meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Work closely with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to build strong working relationships and support a positive market reputation.
• Assist in finding new opportunities in Project Finance and Structured Finance by using professional networks, including local and international banking contacts and corporate banking relationship managers.
• Support the end-to-end project finance workflow, from identifying and assessing deals to building financial models, preparing credit papers, obtaining approvals, and finalizing mandate letters.
• Contribute to financing solutions for Greenfield and Brownfield expansion projects across targeted industry sectors.
• Help identify potential clients and opportunities, structure transactions, secure preliminary management and credit approvals, and prepare financing proposals.
• Keep track of market movements, business conditions, and competitor activity.
• Follow clear instructions for assigned work and align daily output with sub-functional objectives.
• Use assigned resources effectively and deliver tasks according to required standards and process rules.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and controls to maintain consistency and accuracy in work.
• Handle straightforward recurring issues independently and escalate more complex matters to the right stakeholders.
• Look for practical ways to improve routine work processes and remove inefficiencies.
• Participate actively in assigned development programs to strengthen knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned through the bank’s internal process when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field is required.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Arabic and English language skills are required.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
