About the Role
CHANEL is hiring an Order Management Specialist to support its fragrance and beauty business in Piscataway, New Jersey. In this position, you will help manage a critical part of the wholesale, owned, and leased business by coordinating the end-to-end customer supply chain process and supporting customer service performance goals.
The role is centered on improving service levels and supply chain execution, including in-stock performance, OTIF, MABD, forecast-versus-order alignment, and perfect order results. You will also help strengthen supply chain relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product moves smoothly from supplier to customer, while clearly flagging gaps or missed milestones and helping develop corrective actions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve order-to-delivery timelines.
- Collect, review, and document key account information to support recommendations on service levels, on-shelf availability, and vendor or retailer performance.
- Update and maintain customer master data, including new door setup and ongoing data upkeep.
- Coordinate the price increase workflow.
- Support the shift from tactical order processing to a more strategic customer and retail supply chain model by improving collaboration and process maturity.
- Assist with project work by suggesting process improvements and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build and track customer management metrics, then use the results to support root-cause analysis and broader network strategy improvements.
- Act as an internal advocate for the customer by learning key processes and helping reinforce a customer-focused culture.
- Develop strong working relationships with teams such as Account Planning, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, and retail partners.

Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in e-commerce supply chain operations is preferred.
- Background supporting a large retailer as part of a vendor supply team within an FMCG environment is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of business systems and software such as SAP, WMS, and Power BI.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable interacting with customers at both day-to-day operational and senior leadership levels when needed.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Hybrid in-office arrangement based in Piscataway, NJ.
- Chanel, Inc. may adjust or make exceptions to designations when appropriate circumstances apply.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is USD 58,200 to USD 90,000 annually. Base pay is only one part of total compensation, which may also include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
