About the role
This opportunity is with a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on leadership hiring and international recruitment. The team works on senior mandates across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, including assignments where compensation is typically above USD 200,000. The organization operates from New Jersey, Dubai, and Chennai and serves clients in 40 countries.
What you will do
- Study client requirements carefully and build a clear understanding of each search brief.
- Identify potential candidates through job portals and online research tools, including Google.
- Speak with prospects over the phone and help move them through the conversion process.
- Use the training provided to strengthen sourcing methods and search strategy.

The role offers a competitive fixed salary in INR, along with incentives in dollars and performance-based bonuses. For candidates based in Chennai, there is an option to work from the Chetpet office on certain days. Candidates outside Chennai can work remotely after completing initial training in Chennai.
Salary expectations are based on experience, with a total annual range of INR 12 to 20 lakhs and a compensation structure split 50:50 between fixed pay and incentives.
