Experience and skill expectations

• More than 10 years of overall experience in database or data platform administration.
• At least 5 years of practical, in-depth experience in Snowflake architecture and administration.
• 6 to 12 months of hands-on exposure to Snowflake Cortex.
• Strong background in security controls, data governance, and query or workload performance tuning.
• Proven ability to manage Snowflake cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Experience working with AWS integrations.
• Confident client communication and the ability to operate independently.
