Service Driver

Role overview

We are looking for a Service Driver to join the Cwmbran branch team, supporting customers in Cwmbran and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys driving, planning their own day, and delivering strong customer service. Prior experience is not essential because full, industry-leading training is provided.

What you will do

In this position, you will travel between customer sites to service washroom products and keep them operating smoothly. The role involves representing the business in a professional manner while working independently across your route.

• Install, remove, and handle washroom units and floor mats as required.
• Service products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.
• Load and unload equipment, which requires a good level of physical fitness.
• Drive safely, keep the vehicle in good condition, and follow the company’s safe driving guidance.
• Provide helpful, reliable customer service at every visit.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s standards on site.

Pay and working pattern

The starting salary is £26,655 per year, plus an additional £1,000 allowance. The expected on-target earnings are £28,350 per year, with bonus and commission opportunities available. This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 48 hours in the future alongside a higher salary.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence held for at least two years, with no more than six penalty points.

• You may need to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
