Senior Category Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Category Manager, you will own the performance of your assigned cities and play a hands-on role in building operational strength, service quality, and category growth.

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across your assigned cities, with a strong emphasis on partner selection, partner training, and improving the quality of existing partners.
• Handle key central growth initiatives for the category as the role expands over time.
• Lead projects aimed at improving service quality and overall customer experience.
• Work on initiatives that enhance the category’s offerings and support product or service innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution is fast, reliable, and effective.
• Act as the business owner for your scope, taking responsibility for outcomes and business performance.

What we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy-related role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects while influencing others effectively.
• A strong bias toward ownership, execution, and operational rigor.
