Role overview
Converse is a fast-moving organization, and its administrative professionals play an important role in keeping teams across regions and functions organized and productive. In this position, you will partner closely with senior leaders and help them stay focused on priorities through strong coordination, communication, and follow-through. The role calls for professionalism, adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to support a dynamic environment with discretion and confidence.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Senior Director of Global Merchandising, Senior Director of Omni Channel Marketing, Senior Director of Brand Creative, and the Senior Director of Global Marketplace Merchandising in Boston, Massachusetts.
What you will handle
- Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings and conferences across multiple stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and/or international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, itineraries, and supporting documents.
- Organize meetings and events by securing spaces, handling agendas, reminders, catering, scheduling, and budget-related details.
- Prepare expense reports, monitor budgets, process invoices, and create purchase orders when needed.
- Edit, format, and assemble documents, emails, organizational charts, presentations, agendas, and session run-of-shows.
- Draft, revise, or help route communications under leader direction, including managing distribution lists when required.
- Coordinate office, workspace, equipment, or team location moves with relevant partners.
- Support expense tracking, purchase order administration, and other operational follow-up tasks.
- Assist with special projects, monitor progress, and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Help build team connection through meetings, offsites, activities, and workspace support.
- Act as a central contact for administrative questions from the team and step in to cover other leaders when temporary support is needed.

Additional information
The hourly pay range for this role is $26.59 to $52.50, depending on the candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Pay may differ across geographic markets.
