Role Summary
This full-time Sales Executive position is based in Singapore and combines client-facing onsite work with flexibility to work from home. The role centers on building a strong sales pipeline for AI voice bot and chatbot offerings, from first contact through deal closure.
Key Duties
The selected candidate will identify and qualify prospects, run product demonstrations, and present solution value to potential customers. The role also includes shaping proposals, supporting commercial negotiations, and working closely with solutions and delivery teams to close business opportunities. In addition, the Sales Executive will nurture relationships with current customers, collect market and client feedback for product enhancement, and provide routine sales updates and forecasts to management.
Required Background
Applicants should bring experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses. Strong ability in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline tracking is important, along with confidence in delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. The position also calls for excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, plus familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting. Interest or prior exposure to AI, chatbots, customer engagement, or digital transformation is preferred. Candidates should be self-directed, well organized, and comfortable operating in a hybrid setup with limited supervision.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be accepted.
