Role Overview
This is a fully remote position for a careful and organized data entry professional. What You Will Do
- Enter substantial amounts of information into internal databases, spreadsheets, and management tools.
- Convert data from digital files and document-based sources into usable records.
- Keep existing records updated so the information remains current and reliable.
- Organize digital filing structures so records can be found quickly when needed.
- Review entered data for accuracy before it is finalized.
- Spot mismatches, errors, or inconsistencies and correct them.
- Carry out regular quality checks to protect the reliability of databases.
- Follow formatting and documentation rules when handling records.
- Handle customer information, inventory data, financial entries, and administrative documents.
- Use spreadsheets, CRM tools, and other data management software to process information.
- Prepare reports or summaries for management when required.
- Maintain well-structured datasets that support analysis and operational reporting.
- Treat confidential information carefully and keep it protected at all times.
- Follow internal privacy, security, and data protection guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute and at least 98% accuracy.
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications.
- Working knowledge of databases or CRM platforms.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to stay productive while working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent focus on detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
