What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across a range of roles, seniority levels, and geographic areas.
- Source, attract, and evaluate both passive talent and active candidates using job boards and the company applicant tracking system, Bullhorn.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs and support selection processes that are consistent, fair, and equitable.
Skills and experience needed
- At least 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and a focus on delivering results.
- Comfort taking action quickly, with energy, urgency, and enthusiasm.
- Strong organization skills, including time management, multitasking, and prioritization with limited supervision.
- Adaptability and learning agility to handle changing or unclear situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication plus active listening skills.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this role is between 51300 and 68400 USD per year. Final pay will depend on experience and may also vary by location. The overall compensation package includes benefits where applicable, with a focus on supporting total well-being.
