Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on final selection decisions.
Job Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
