Role overview
One Federal Solution is hiring a Records Examiner/ Analyst for its Sioux City, IA location. This position supports a federal government client and is entirely on-site. The role is suited to someone who can contribute as a dependable team member while handling records and case data with accuracy.
Key duties
- Examine information from multiple inputs and assess its accuracy and relevance.
- Check that incoming data is complete and fix any mismatches or gaps.
- Enter data precisely into databases, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Build and maintain case or project files.
- Oversee validation and verification activities for case files and the associated data system.
- Monitor file progress to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle requests for additional information when needed.
- Pull together relevant details from different sources to draft documents, reports, summaries, and responses in the correct format.
- Work with information by transferring, calculating, manipulating, and printing it as required.
- Prepare and update reports and correspondence using word processing tools.
- Share timely and accurate status updates.
- Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the employer.
Requirements
- A four-year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
- The candidate must be eligible for Public Trust clearance.
- This is an on-site position and requires working at the government client location.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
- At least one year of experience in a law-enforcement-related field is necessary.
