Project Manager – Relocation to Dubai

Overview

Revive Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager currently based in Canada who is open to relocating to Dubai. The company is a fast-expanding residential contractor delivering premium renovation work across Dubai. It was established by two Canadian engineering graduates: one with a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University and the other with a Civil Engineering degree from Concordia University.

Revive operates as a G+4 contractor and focuses on luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-out, landscape construction, swimming pools, and in-house joinery. The organization is looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, a focus on quality, and the ability to deliver complex projects to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct projects from site mobilization through completion and final handover.
• Oversee Project Engineers, site crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal trades.
• Build and track schedules, budgets, and resource plans for assigned projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and other project partners.
• Examine drawings, address technical and commercial challenges, and keep execution moving.
• Control project expenditure, purchasing, variations, and profitability.
• Maintain alignment with quality, safety, contractual, and internal standards.
• Share regular progress reports and updates with senior leadership.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related qualification.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager working with a contractor.
• Hands-on background in residential construction, renovation, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong capability in leadership, communication, and organization.
• Comfort managing several projects at once while protecting quality, cost, and timelines.
• A proactive mindset, solid problem-solving ability, and openness to learning.
• Preparedness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
