About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day internal projects, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across Terra Energy and Terra Volt.
  • Update project trackers, status logs, and organized records so leadership has clear visibility into priorities.
  • Prepare recurring reports, summaries, spreadsheets, and other supporting materials for internal review.
  • Work with internal teammates, vendors, and outside partners to keep project-related items moving on time.
  • Support bill payment coordination, including invoice tracking, documentation, and payment follow-up.
  • Monitor office and project expenses and keep supporting records for internal reporting.
  • Assist with budget trackers, expense summaries, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Keep project files, vendor records, and administrative documents well organized.
  • Help arrange meetings, record notes, track next steps, and follow up on open items.
  • Provide general operational, administrative, and analytical support to help the division run efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations support, finance support, or a similar role is preferred.
