Role overview
Jaded London is looking for a Production Admin Assistant to support the Production Manager in keeping all production activity running efficiently across the women’s and men’s ranges. The role covers production for factories based in Turkey and China and plays an important part in coordinating information, samples, paperwork, and communication across multiple teams and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, then send them to the relevant parties.
- Create and distribute product barcodes.
- Review and approve invoices and packing lists.
- Manage care labels with the factories, including approvals and ongoing updates.
- Keep Airtable records accurate and up to date.
- Organise and track all samples, working between the social and wholesale teams to support sampling needs.
- Communicate with external suppliers regarding agreements and ordering requirements.
- Source branding materials as needed.
- Follow up with factories and help move production forward.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm pick-and-pack lead times for wholesale orders.
- Work with Wholesale and Merchandising teams to help ensure orders reach wholesale customers on time and in full.
- Support wider team projects, day-to-day tasks, and general office administration, including keeping the workspace orderly.
Requirements
- Strong commercial awareness of retail, including brand positioning, sales potential, and product adjacencies.
- Advanced Excel ability.
- A flexible approach with strong communication skills and the confidence to work across all departments.
- High accuracy and a sharp eye for detail.
- Composure under pressure, with the ability to juggle several priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid administrative and organisational capability, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of budgets and a willingness to build on that knowledge.
