Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through live chat and email promptly and effectively.
- Support e-commerce entrepreneurs from various countries in implementing and using BiteSpeed's product optimally.
- Gain insight into customers' business operations and guide them to maximize success with the product.
- Document, classify, and escalate technical issues and feature requests to the product development team.
- Analyze customer session recordings to detect obstacles in product activation and usability.
- Provide UX/UI enhancement recommendations to improve user interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer challenges.
