Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Product Strategy Manager who can set the direction for strategic product initiatives and turn customer insights into business outcomes. This position involves market evaluation, portfolio planning, competitive positioning, and long-range product strategy, with close coordination across functions to support innovation and sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
You will build and implement product strategies that align with company goals, customer expectations, market potential, and long-term growth plans. The role includes researching markets, reviewing competitors, studying customer segments, tracking industry trends, and spotting high-value opportunities.
You will work closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and leadership teams to define product vision, priority areas, and roadmap direction. In addition, you will support portfolio review, lifecycle management, business case creation, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization to improve product performance and ROI.
This role also covers product positioning, value proposition development, differentiation, and go-to-market alignment. You will monitor KPIs such as adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, market share, revenue, profitability, feature usage, and portfolio performance.
Other responsibilities include creating financial models, forecasts, strategic recommendations, and executive-level reports, while also analyzing customer feedback, usage patterns, product data, and market intelligence to identify improvements and competitive advantages.
You will help drive strategic planning, product governance, executive communication, and cross-functional alignment, while assessing new technologies, AI, automation, and digital trends for their impact on product value and competitiveness. The position also involves mentoring product strategists, business analysts, product operations specialists, and related teams in a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline is preferred. A master’s degree such as an MBA, or equivalent professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Project Management, or Business Strategy, is considered an advantage.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, business strategy, management consulting, product operations, or similar work. Prior experience of 2 or more years leading strategic product initiatives, cross-functional groups, or product portfolios is preferred.
Strong knowledge of product strategy, market analysis, customer research, business modeling, portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning is expected. Familiarity with product platforms, analytics tools, CRM and ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Office, and project management software is also needed.
Experience with Agile practices, design thinking, AI-enabled product development, experimentation methods, and digital transformation programs is beneficial. Candidates should also bring strong analytical ability, strategic judgment, leadership, financial modeling, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills are important. The ideal candidate can turn market signals, customer needs, and business goals into scalable product strategies, and must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
