About the Role

ATLAS Technology is growing its platform within the Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) space and is looking for a Product Manager who enjoys solving complicated operational problems and shaping scalable products with meaningful business impact.

This position is ideal for someone who builds well in uncertain environments, understands process-heavy workflows, and takes complete ownership of outcomes. Rather than simply maintaining a roadmap, you will help improve the entire CRT order journey — from intake and paperwork to insurance authorization and final order delivery.

In this role, you will define product direction, strategy, and execution for key platform areas. A strong understanding of CRT operations is important, including the needs of ATPs, intake specialists, documentation teams, and operational leaders. Your goal will be to replace manual, disconnected processes with efficient, intelligent, and scalable digital experiences.

You will work closely with design, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that remove friction, strengthen compliance, and improve funding outcomes for users.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or more major product areas and ensure they deliver strong operational and user outcomes across CRT workflows.
• Create and drive the product vision and strategy in line with ATLAS’s goal of modernizing the CRT order lifecycle.
• Run discovery work through interviews, workflow observation, usability testing, and industry-focused research with users such as ATPs, intake teams, and documentation specialists.
• Convert complex CRT processes into well-structured requirements, easy-to-use workflows, and solutions that can scale.
• Develop features from the ground up and expand them from early versions to scaled products through fast feedback and iteration.
• Work with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, compliant, and technically sound product experiences.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to drive adoption, clearly communicate value, and improve efficiency and funding results.
• Ensure strong usability, consistent workflow design, and platform-wide product coherence.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or other workflow-based products.
• Background in, or close exposure to, highly complex operating environments such as CRT, healthcare, logistics, or similar sectors.
• Ability to turn unclear ideas into launched products by focusing on important real-world problems.
• Strong user empathy and the capability to improve everyday workflows across multiple user roles.
• Technical understanding that supports effective collaboration with engineering teams and practical decision-making.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain product choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional groups and aligning product, design, engineering, and go-to-market partners.
• A strong preference for action, experimentation, learning, and rapid improvement.
• Ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, remote-first setting.
