Role overview

This position is for a Product Manager focused on observability and intelligence within Make. The role centers on helping customers see what is happening across their AI and automation environment so they can monitor, investigate, and respond to data at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product direction and roadmap for observability features that help customers track, monitor, and troubleshoot business processes at scale.
• Spot and rank opportunities that improve visibility into automation health, performance, and data movement across the platform.
• Own capabilities that integrate Make with observability and alerting tools and ecosystems.
• Use AI-enabled product methods to speed up research, synthesis, and decision-making across the team.
• Work closely with an Engineering Manager and Product Designer to guide discovery, testing, and delivery.
• Represent the customer by turning product usage data, support insights, and direct user feedback into practical product choices.
• Promote a mindset of ongoing improvement by thinking ambitiously, shipping in small steps, and learning quickly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on continuous discovery and decisions driven by data.
• Working knowledge of observability principles such as monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar to improve product workflows.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical detail with business value.
• Understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation, integrations, or no-code platforms is an advantage.
