About OneTouch Health
OneTouch Health is a rapidly expanding, award-winning healthcare software business that is reshaping care delivery across the UK, Ireland, and other markets. Its platform helps residential, homecare, and community care providers improve safety, compliance, and care outcomes for tens of thousands of people each day. With more than 10 years of sector expertise, the company is used by hundreds of care organisations to simplify operations, raise care quality, and support frontline carers.
Backed by strong organic growth and new private equity investment, the business is now moving into a new stage of growth focused on expansion, platform consolidation, and a faster AI-led roadmap for care management. The goal is to build a next-generation intelligence layer that helps carers through automation, insight, and smoother workflows.
Role overview
This position gives you ownership of product strategy, roadmap direction, and delivery for a domain within the OneTouch Group that is used daily by care providers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia in a highly regulated healthcare setting.
The role has two core expectations. First, you will work with an AI-first mindset, using AI tools to handle research synthesis, analysis, drafting, and documentation so you can spend more time on customer insight, judgement, and decision-making. Second, you will be responsible for commercial outcomes. Your roadmap must contribute to revenue growth, retention, account expansion, and cost efficiency, and you will need to show whether those outcomes were delivered after release.
Key responsibilities
- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain in line with company priorities and revenue goals.
- Link major roadmap choices to measurable business results such as new ARR, stronger retention, expansion, improved win rates, or lower cost-to-serve.
- Develop strong business cases for significant investments, including market sizing, buy-versus-build decisions, competitive analysis, pricing and packaging input, and projected commercial return.
- Use structured prioritisation methods such as RICE, weighted scoring, and opportunity-solution trees to make trade-offs clear and defensible.
- Support sales by turning product capability into commercial stories that resonate with care organisation buyers, and help on strategic opportunities where product depth is important.
- Deliver on priorities surfaced through customer feedback processes and communicate the impact back to customers and commercial teams.
- Own go-to-market planning for major releases, including positioning, launch preparation, customer messaging, and readiness across Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.
- Work in an AI-native way by using tools like Claude and AI analytics agents to speed up research, analysis, PRDs, and documentation.
- Prototype and validate user journeys quickly with AI build tools such as Lovable before engineering time is committed.
- Build and maintain reusable prompts, agents, and automations, and help raise AI capability across the wider product function.
- Stay current on applied AI in healthcare, including GDPR, NHS DTAC, CQC frameworks, and the ethical use of AI in care environments.
- Continuously discover opportunities through customer interviews, commercial discussions, product usage data, support tickets, and competitor research.
- Define problem statements, opportunity evaluations, and success measures before requesting engineering work.
- Act as the customer advocate within the product team by engaging directly with customers and prospects in interviews, design reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Work with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to turn churn risks, NPS input, ticket patterns, and lost-deal insights into prioritisation decisions.
- Identify where AI, machine learning, and large language models can improve the platform through automation, predictions, or content generation.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to specify AI feature needs, including training data, evaluation criteria, responsible AI protections, and user-facing explainability.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that engineering teams can use directly.
- Work closely with engineering leads on sprint planning, scope control, and technical trade-offs while maintaining enough architectural understanding to make informed calls.
- Design for MVP and iterative release while balancing speed with the quality standards required in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Maintain quality through the full product lifecycle and verify whether shipped work achieved the expected business outcome.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and delivery roles to align work across squads and facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions in ambiguous situations.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or platform business.
- A track record of measurable commercial impact, such as revenue gained or protected, churn reduced, pricing improved, or win rates increased.
- Strong commercial understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, deal economics, and roadmap justification for business stakeholders.
- Hands-on, everyday use of AI tools across the product workflow, along with practical knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and prompt design.
- Experience defining AI-powered product requirements, including evaluation methods, bias awareness, explainability, and responsible AI practices in regulated settings.
- Strong discovery and research skills, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, insight synthesis, and outcome-based prioritisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear PRDs, present to senior leaders, and facilitate challenging stakeholder discussions.
- Comfort working in environments where compliance, privacy, and clinical safety influence product decisions.
- Experience with modern product tools such as Claude, Jira, Confluence, Lovable, and analytics or revenue tools like Gong, Jiminny, and HubSpot.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, health-tech, or social care software, ideally with knowledge of CQC, HIQA, or similar regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with data modelling or business intelligence tools and the ability to answer data questions independently where needed.
- Experience managing platform or API products, including developer experience and ecosystem considerations.
- Background in a PE-backed or fast-growing SaaS business where speed, rigour, and commercial thinking matter equally.
