As a Product Manager, you will help define and deliver product direction for a growing product line, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled product development and recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities, and translate them into well-defined requirements that support market fit, customer needs, competitive positioning, and business return.
  • Use practical knowledge of AI and LLM strengths, limitations, and governance considerations to guide decisions, especially in hiring and recruitment-related use cases.
  • Apply AI-oriented product management practices, including drafting detailed build requirements for agentic coding workflows, using LLM-powered research, and tracking developments in the AI landscape.
  • Conduct market, competitor, technology, and business-model analysis, and supplement findings with focus groups, interviews, and user research to inform both near-term and long-term planning.
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market execution, ensuring clear messaging, strong communication, and accountability for adoption.
  • Support business case development, justification, and validation, and present recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Run product delivery in partnership with engineering through agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative release cycles, with familiarity in Scrum and Kanban.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to move initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent product management experience.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in product management for software, SaaS, or other technology-enabled services.
  • Experience with talent acquisition solutions, recruitment marketing products, HR technology platforms, or similar offerings is required or strongly preferred.
  • Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or comparable platforms, along with the judgment to review and improve AI-generated output.
  • Hands-on experience shipping or supporting products with AI or LLM-based features, or substantial practical exploration of those applications in a product setting.
  • Working knowledge of agentic workflows, prompt engineering fundamentals, and the trade-offs involved in AI-powered product features.
  • Experience designing, building, and testing commercial business applications with attention to user experience and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to explain complex requirements clearly, think across the full product lifecycle, and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
