Role Overview

This position is for a Product Management Analyst in Accenture’s marketing operations environment, focused on product requirement definition and related operational support.

Key Focus Areas

The role centers on maintaining strong control over purchase order and goods receipt note processes, while also ensuring smooth contract administration.

Responsibilities

The analyst will handle purchase order creation and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt. The role also includes tracking vendor payments, onboarding new vendors into the system, and managing all GRN-related activities. In addition, the position requires regular monitoring of BSE usage and spend, with insights shared as needed. Contract management responsibilities cover both online and offline records for all required vendors. The role will also support brand campaigns by raising POs and keeping the team informed about budget status.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate should bring experience with social media CRM and trade promotions management. The role calls for flexibility, comfort working under pressure, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

A BMS qualification is required. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
